Perfect fit, works well

Installed this on December 3, 2017, replacing what appeared to be the original inducer motor assembly in my Lennox G26Q3-75-1 built January 1995. Original motor was making a screeching sound at times, likely the bearings failing.
The new inducer motor installed easily in under 30 minutes and it came with a foam gasket to replace the original one. You do have to move the restrictor ring from the back of the original motor, as the package does not include any of these. This ring is matched to the BTU rating for the furnace and are color coded.
So far so good, working well, and it is definitely quieter than the old unit.

Almost a direct replacement. Noticed that the motor was rated at a slightly lower amps than the original. Had to remove the washers from the mounting screws due to the housing design being slightly different.
Had to reuse the original ring, comes with new gasket.

my 14 year old furnace was making some noises, I noticed they were coming out of inducer motor, replaced the part works fine so far.
However, there were no instructions on installation in the delivery box.

Works well, 16 year old furnace began squealing (fan bearings). Replaced fan assembly in 10 minutes, everything is quiet once again. Hope this lasts as long as original. Estimate from furnace technician 3 times the cost of this fan assembly. Be safe and use common sense; anyone can replace this unit.

decent replacement, had to grind down washers a bit but nothing serious. tabs/ears for bolting weren't as big as factory motor. But other than that fast shipping.

Inducer Motor for Lennox Elite series furnace

My 15 yr old furnace started to make this shrieking sound that I isolated to the bearings of the inducer motor. I was offered three choices as a replacement, but customer service reassured me that the least expensive is a direct fit without modifications and I was able to replace the motor and housing myself. Saved a lot of $$$$

Excellent service, fast shipping, precise and comprehensive cross-reference system to find the appropriate part. This was a DIY project from purchasing to installation and went 110% OK. Pricing was best, including shipping was better than local stores. Definitively will recommend to friends.
