DESCRIPTION:

-          The desired media is rolled onto the specific core with the addition of leaders and trailers and is ready for fast and easy                installation into any unit.

-          The synthetic rolls consist of a 1" treated polyester media. The fiberglass rolls use a 2 1/2" premium grade treated media.

-          The adhesives are non-toxic, odorless and safe to handle. All products are complete with a nylon scrim on the downstream            face of the media to enhance the strength and integrity of the filter in the system.

APPLICATIONS:

-          Automatic rolls are designed for use as final filters or pre-filters for higher efficiency products in commercial and industrial              systems.

-          HVAC equipment must contain the existing specialized hardwareand each model requires a specific core to ensure                the roll fits properly into the unit   (refer to core chart)

-          These units can be advanced manually or automatically based on sensory gauges. Automatic Roll Filters are                                recommended for velocities up to 500 fpm.
